Guild Rules

Rules of Until the End
1. No racial / cultural or religious bashing or insulting will be tolerated

2. Speak english in guild chat at all times to show respect who aren't well versed in other languages.

3. Everyone must make an application in order to be considered for membership, this includes Friends.

4. After making an application, the application will be reviewed by all guild members who will discuss the applicant and decide if he/she will be granted trial membership

a. Trial members are advised to group / PvP / talk with members to get to know each other, this is
not required but helpful.
b. Trial members upon acceptance into the guild will be on trial for an undecided amount of time.

This grace period is for guild members to observe the applicant in a guild setting and for the applicant to observe the guild's policy and members and to decide if the guild is for him/her.
** Please note that guild officers reserve the right to remove any applicant from the guild. The applicant being removed will be spoken to and given the reasons for ejection.

5. Loot: Yes, loot is important to everyone, to an individual and the guild as a
whole. We request that all members remember this and respect this ideal : What makes me stronger makes the guild stronger. Please do not whine or cause drama because you did not receive a piece of loot. We must gear up everyone to ensure the guild progresses, not just gear up one person at a time. Sticking to the old chiche saying : There is no " I " in team - this can be countered with , there is an "I" in win, but there is also an " I " in fail . Let's work together to accomplish our goals.

6. Begging: Begging for items, money, groups will not be tolerated. It is one thing to ask once or twice for help, but to repeatedly spam guild chat is not needed. It makes the Naidmonster angry. When requesting crafted items or enchants please be respectful. Also, when looking for a group remember that you cannot force anyone to group with someone else.

7. Attendance: The days we will be raiding are still undecided, but if you are a "core" member its requested that you put forth your best effort to attend all raids. We understand that RL rears its ugly head and can prevent you from raiding, this isn't a problem, just let someone know such an officer or your CL, or make a post on the forums stating you cannot raid or you are taking a leave of absence so that we can plan
accordingly.

8. Raid prep : If requested by officers / CL's we ask that you bring your own consumables to raids. We understand that not everyone is an herbalist or an alchemist, so try to compromise and make deals. Ask a person who is an alchemist to make you pots and in return you bring them stat food or anything else that they may need that is in your means to acquire. We kindly ask that all members work together and do what they can to aide each other.

9. Specs : We are not enforcing PvE specs

10. Officers :. Our officers do not have huge ego's and do not abuse their power status. They only hold the officer title for Promoting / Demoting, inviting/kicking. The officers have a final say in matters where things have to be settled, be that loot, member issues and applicants.

11. Tactics : We ask that all members read the PvP / PvE section of our forums and do their own research for future targets that way we're all educated when walking into a fight. This will help us gain a better understanding of what we need for a fight.

12. Drama - It's not wanted , needed or tolerated in Until the End. We are a mature guild, we do not have time for 14 year old, he said she said high school bullshit. Please solve all of your differences in whispers, if you cannot come to a resolution his way, please speak to an officer privately, do not drag your differences into guild chat.

The rules that have been set in place are based on respect for your fellow player, which makes them very very easy to follow, we play this game to have fun, to kill big things that an individual cannot kill alone. If you do not have a certain level of respect in your guild, it will not run like the well oiled machine it was designed to be. Please keep these rules in mind when grouping / raiding with others inside and out of Until The End.
